This website is operated by ET Square Network Sdn. Bhd (“d’ rytuals”).

Our company adhere to a Warranty Policy for damaged/defective products, but not to any Refund Policy due to change of mind or late delivery by courier service providers.

Our items are ready stock in Malaysia and Not pre-order. They are always on standby at our warehouse for immediate delivery.

Our ‘1-to-1 warranty exchange policy’ lasts throughout the 1-year limited warranty period which starts from the day the customer receives the item. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged with normal use. All exchange will be considered and dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

Process for warranty exchange of product(s) will be as follows :

  1. Email to hello@d-rytuals.com with the following details:
    a. Full name (as per New IC)
    b. New IC number
    c. Phone number
    d. Email address (The one used for d’ rytuals website registration)
    e. Purchase Order Number #
    f. Product(s) to be exchanged
    g. Description of the fault
    h. Detailed photo of each product as evidence for warranty claim purpose
  2. Once we have verified your details, we will request for you to deliver the product(s) to us. Return address will be provided. Do email us your shipping receipt and details.
  3. Upon receiving your product(s), our team will inspect the condition of the product(s) with our manufacturer.
  4. Upon successful evaluation & investigation, we will process your exchange and deliver the new unit to your desired address within thirty (30) days.

Note: To qualify for the warranty exchange, do keep full receipt of purchase with date and its original packaging.

You are advised to stop using the defective/damaged products and contact us immediately.

What if the products are damaged-on-Arrival?

Refrain from using the damaged product(s) as you will be required to ship the affected products back to us for ­­evaluation and exchange.

For return of damaged products, please follow the same process as the warranty exchange request with the following additional details :

  1. Take photos/videos that clearly show the damages/defects of the product(s).
  2. This exchange request is only valid when you inform our company within 3 days after receiving product.
  3. Fees incurred for shipping of defective/damaged product(s) back to us are borne by us. The payment will be refunded into your desired account upon receiving your postage on our end and after successful evaluation. We will deliver the new unit to your desired address as soon as possible.

General Note:  You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for standard warranty exchange items to us. For damaged-on-arrival situation, the shipping cost for returning the defective/damaged product to us will be borne by us.

The shipping cost of delivering replacement units to you for both situations will be borne by d’ rytuals. The time frame for exchange may vary depending on where you live and duration to verify the defect or damage with our manufacturer.
